Terms of Service

These Terms of Service describe the rules that apply when you use BeeDay, also known as 小蜜日子.

1. Scope of These Terms

Welcome to BeeDay. By downloading, installing, opening, or using the app, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to these Terms of Service.

2. Services Provided

BeeDay provides anniversary records, countdown display, category management, reminders, widgets, data export and import, iCloud sync, App Lock, and Pro membership features. Specific features may change based on app updates, system capabilities, or review requirements.

3. Accounts and Data

  • BeeDay primarily works with local data and does not require a separate BeeDay account.
  • If you use iCloud, sync and recovery depend on your Apple ID, iCloud settings, and Apple system service availability.
  • You are responsible for choosing where to save exported backup files and protecting files that may contain private anniversary content.

4. Pro Membership and In-App Purchases

BeeDay may offer Pro monthly plans, yearly plans, lifetime plans, or other in-app purchase items. Purchases, renewals, refunds, and subscription cancellation are handled through Apple App Store / StoreKit and are subject to Apple's rules.

  • Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
  • Subscription products renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
  • Your Apple ID account may be charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current billing period, according to the subscription plan and price shown at purchase.
  • You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID subscription settings after purchase.
  • Refund requests, where available, are handled by Apple according to App Store policies.
  • A lifetime plan unlocks the corresponding Pro features under the current BeeDay in-app purchase system. It does not mean that all future standalone products or separate services will be free forever.
  • If Pro access is not restored after reinstalling the app or changing devices, you can use Restore Purchases in the app.

Apple's standard terms may also apply to your use of apps and in-app purchases. You can review Apple's Standard EULA.

5. User Conduct

You agree to use BeeDay legally and reasonably. You may not use the app for unlawful activities, or attempt to damage, reverse engineer, tamper with, attack, or interfere with the app or related system services.

6. Reminders and Widgets

Notifications, Live Activities, and widgets rely on iOS system capabilities. Due to system permissions, Low Power Mode, network conditions, iCloud status, device settings, or other system factors, reminders or sync may be delayed, fail, or not appear. BeeDay does not guarantee that every reminder will be delivered on time in all circumstances.

7. Disclaimer

BeeDay is a personal anniversary management and reminder tool. It does not provide legal, medical, financial, exam-related, or other professional advice. To the extent permitted by law, BeeDay is not responsible for losses beyond a reasonable scope caused by user settings, system limitations, device failures, network issues, iCloud sync issues, or third-party platform rules.

8. Changes and Termination

We may adjust features, wording, pricing models, or service scope based on product planning, system capabilities, operational needs, or legal requirements. For major changes, we will try to explain them through app updates or related pages.

9. Updates to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest update date will be shown on this page. Your continued use of the app means you accept the updated Terms.

本用户协议说明你在使用“小蜜日子（BeeDay）”时适用的基本规则。

一、协议范围

欢迎使用小蜜日子（英文名 BeeDay，以下简称“本应用”）。你下载、安装、打开或使用本应用，即表示你已阅读并同意本用户协议。

二、服务内容

本应用提供纪念日记录、倒计时展示、分类管理、提醒、小组件、数据导出导入、iCloud 同步、应用锁和 Pro 会员能力等功能。具体功能可能会根据版本更新、系统能力或审核要求调整。

三、账号与数据

  • 本应用主要基于本机数据工作，不强制注册独立账号。
  • 如你使用 iCloud，同步和恢复能力依赖你的 Apple ID、iCloud 开关和 Apple 系统服务状态。
  • 你应自行确认导出备份文件的保存位置，并妥善保管包含私人纪念日内容的文件。

四、Pro 会员与内购

本应用可能提供 Pro 月费版、年费版、终身版或其他内购项目。购买、续订、退款、取消订阅等操作均通过 Apple App Store / StoreKit 完成，并受 Apple 相关规则约束。

  • 确认购买后，费用将从你的 Apple ID 账户扣除。
  • 订阅类产品会自动续订，除非你在当前订阅周期结束至少 24 小时前取消订阅。
  • Apple ID 账户可能会在当前订阅周期结束前 24 小时内按购买时展示的订阅方案与价格扣取续订费用。
  • 购买后，你可以在 Apple ID 的订阅管理中管理或取消订阅。
  • 如适用，退款申请由 Apple 按 App Store 相关政策处理。
  • 终身版表示在本应用当前内购体系下解锁对应 Pro 功能，不代表未来所有独立产品或额外服务均永久免费。
  • 如果换机或重装后 Pro 状态未同步，可在应用内使用“恢复购买”。

Apple 的标准条款也可能适用于你对 App 和内购项目的使用。你可以查看 Apple 标准 EULA。

五、用户行为规范

你应合法、合理地使用本应用，不得利用本应用从事违法违规活动，不得尝试破坏、逆向、篡改、攻击或干扰本应用及相关系统服务。

六、提醒与小组件

本应用的通知、锁屏实时活动和小组件依赖 iOS 系统能力。由于系统权限、低电量模式、网络、iCloud 状态、设备设置等原因，提醒或同步可能存在延迟、失败或不显示的情况。本应用不承诺所有提醒在任何情况下都能准时送达。

七、免责声明

本应用作为个人纪念日管理和提醒工具，不构成法律、医疗、金融、考试或其他专业建议。对于因用户自行设置错误、系统限制、设备故障、网络异常、iCloud 同步异常或第三方平台规则导致的数据丢失、提醒失败或使用影响，本应用将在法律允许范围内不承担超出合理范围的责任。

八、服务变更与终止

我们可能根据产品规划、系统能力、运营情况或法律法规要求，对功能、文案、收费模式或服务范围进行调整。若发生重大变化，会尽量通过应用更新或相关页面说明。

九、协议更新

我们可能不时更新本协议。更新后会在本页面显示新的更新日期。你继续使用本应用，即表示接受更新后的协议。
