Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy applies to the current version of Pudding Pet.

1. Information We Process

The current version of Pudding Pet is primarily a local experience and does not require account registration. The app stores the following information on your device to support its core features:

• Pet status and growth progress
• Daily check-in and streak records
• Task completion status and custom tasks
• Inventory, coins, skins, and membership unlock status
• Local preference settings such as app language

Most of this information is stored locally on your device.

2. Information We Do Not Actively Request

The current version does not provide user registration or login, chat, community or public posting features, contacts upload, photo library upload, microphone recording, or location access requests.

3. In-App Purchases

The app offers App Store in-app purchases, including coin packs and membership plans (monthly / yearly / lifetime). Payments are processed by the Apple App Store. We do not directly receive your bank card details, payment account credentials, or full payment credential information.

4. Ads and Third-Party SDKs

In the 13+ mode, ads and rewarded entry points are shown only after the user completes the relevant privacy choices and when needed. In the Family Shared and 12 and Under modes, ads are not shown by default.

Third-party SDKs may process certain device-related data, diagnostic data, advertising-related data, or interaction data based on their own capabilities and Apple platform rules. The final disclosure is subject to the App Privacy information submitted in App Store Connect and the official documentation of the relevant SDK providers.

For advertising, Google Mobile Ads and its consent SDK may process device identifiers, IP address, coarse location inferred from IP address, product interaction data, diagnostics, and advertising performance data. This is used to obtain and display ads, measure performance, prevent fraud, and manage privacy choices. Exact processing depends on the user’s region, consent choices, and active configuration. We do not sell local pet progress, task content, or check-in records.

Before release, the App Privacy answers in App Store Connect will be kept consistent with the enabled ad configuration. Users in applicable regions can reopen the in-app Ad Privacy Options entry to change their consent.

5. Email Feedback

The app provides an email feedback entry. If your device has a system mail account, you can send feedback through the mail app. Otherwise, the app copies the feedback email address and template so you can send it manually. Any information you choose to send is provided at your own discretion.

6. Data Storage and Deletion

Most core progress is stored locally on the device. You can use “Reset Local Progress” in the app to delete local data on the current device and restore the app to its initial state.

7. Minors

The current version is not submitted under the Kids Category, but it provides different usage modes to help control ad display and protected action verification. If a child uses the app with a guardian, we recommend choosing the family-oriented or younger-age mode that best fits the situation.

8. Policy Updates

If future versions introduce accounts, cloud sync, customer support systems, remote configuration, or other online features, we will update this Privacy Policy accordingly.

本隐私政策适用于「布丁」当前版本。

一、我们处理哪些信息

布丁当前版本以本地体验为主，不要求注册账号。应用会在设备本地保存以下信息，用于维持核心功能：

• 宠物状态与成长进度
• 每日签到与连续打卡记录
• 任务完成状态与自定义任务
• 背包、金币、皮肤与会员解锁状态
• 应用显示语言等本地偏好设置

这些信息主要保存在你的设备本地。

二、我们不会主动要求你提供的内容

当前版本不提供用户注册或登录、聊天、社区、公开发布内容、通讯录上传、相册上传、麦克风录音或定位申请。

三、内购相关

应用提供 App Store 内购，包括金币礼包和会员方案（月 / 年 / 终身）。支付流程由 Apple App Store 完成。我们不会直接获取你的银行卡、支付账号或完整支付凭证信息。

四、广告与第三方 SDK

在「13 岁及以上」模式下，广告与激励入口仅会在用户完成相关隐私选择后按需显示。在「亲子共用」与「12 岁及以下」模式下，默认不展示广告。

第三方 SDK 可能会根据其自身能力和 Apple 平台规则处理部分设备相关数据、诊断数据、广告相关数据或交互数据。具体披露以应用在 App Store Connect 中提交的 App Privacy 信息和第三方 SDK 的官方说明为准。

广告功能使用 Google Mobile Ads 及其同意管理 SDK。它们可能处理设备标识符、IP 地址、基于 IP 推断的大致位置、产品交互数据、诊断数据及广告效果数据，用于请求和展示广告、衡量广告效果、防范欺诈及管理隐私选择。具体处理取决于用户所在地区、同意选择和实际启用的广告配置。我们不会出售宠物进度、任务内容或签到记录。

发布前，我们会使 App Store Connect 中的 App Privacy 申报与实际启用的广告配置保持一致。适用地区的用户可在应用内「广告隐私选项」中重新调整同意选择。

五、邮件反馈

应用内提供邮件反馈入口。设备配置系统邮件时可通过邮件应用发送；未配置时，应用会复制反馈邮箱与模板，方便你自行发送。通过邮件主动发送给我们的内容，由你自行决定是否提供。

六、数据存储和删除

当前版本的大部分核心进度保存在本地设备中。你可以使用应用内「重置本地进度」删除当前设备上的本地数据，并将应用恢复为初始状态。

七、未成年人相关

布丁当前版本不申报 Kids Category，但提供不同使用模式，以便控制广告展示和受保护操作验证。如果由监护人陪同使用，建议选择更适合的家庭或低龄模式。

八、政策更新

如果后续版本引入账号、云同步、客服系统、远程配置或其他在线能力，我们会同步更新本隐私政策内容。
